Don Bliss Foundation is a Christian non-profit organization founded with the main aim of setting up a rescue and rehabilitation centre with an education fund for the Orphans and less fortunate children, a rehabilitation facility for the rescued destitute families, an entrepreneurship centre for self sustenance and a spiritual home for an all round person.

The organization was founded in the year 2003 as a community based organization and later registered with the registrar of societies in 2007. During this period, we have organized annual football competitions aimed at trapping the youth for rehabilitation, funding for needy students, we have arranged for placement opportunities as well as sharing the word of God with the less fortunate members of our society.

Currently, the organization is networking with Valley of Faith Baptist church in Mshomoroni, Mombasa in Kenya from where we co-ordinate our activities.

The Foundation is a long time dream come true based on my personal experience with the Don Bliss family during their ministry in Africa and after. Mr. Don Bliss was a Southern Baptist International Mission Board missionary to Kenya between 1973 and 1989.

The love and care that led to the birth of the foundation is widely seen as the continuation of a name and spirit that brought life and hope to many souls, in 1978 in Kitale, Kenya.I still enjoy a good relationship and support from the Bliss family many years after his death.

This relationship offered the solid foundation upon which my spiritual strength continues to thrive upon to this very day. I would not be where I am today if it was not for their good will and kindness.

It is in this spirit that I have taken the initiative to do unto others what somebody once did to me. It is my desire to inspire, to leave a positive mark in the life of someone, give hope to the hopeless and good fortune to the unfortunate. This can be achieved by your partaking in this dream and helping turn it into a reality.
